No. AgentFinance provides general financial information only. We are not a licensed credit provider or Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL) holder. All information is indicative and for informational purposes only. Always speak with a qualified mortgage broker or financial adviser before making lending decisions.
How does the lender pre-qualification work?
Our AI uses your income, expenses, and deposit to calculate an indicative borrowing capacity using Australian serviceability standards (HEM benchmarks + APRA 3% buffer). It then matches your profile against 22 lenders' public criteria. This is not a formal credit assessment and does not affect your credit score.
What happens to my uploaded documents?
Uploaded documents are sent directly to Claude AI (Anthropic) for analysis and are not stored on our servers. Only the extracted data (income, expenses figures) is saved locally in your browser. We never store copies of your payslips or tax returns.
How do you make money if it's free?
We earn referral commissions when we connect users with mortgage brokers who successfully settle loans ($300–$800 per settled loan). We also offer Pro subscriptions and pay-per-use document analysis. All referral relationships are disclosed at the point of connection.
Can I cancel my Pro subscription anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from your account settings. You'll retain Pro access until the end of your billing period. No cancellation fees, no questions asked.
